The bunny that hecka funny made a short speech in Spanish at a Hayward Schools Parents Meeting to show support for the Hispanic community in Hayward. His speech received rave reviews and encouraged parents to have their kids participate in Ferretbunny’s Educational Program. Eight schools had signed up by the end of meeting. Proof that bunnies can help promote bilingualism, better education and diversity, given the chance. The “Techbunny News Center” covered the event. You can see the video after the jump.

Ferretbunny’s Student of the Month Program is coming to DVD soon. We’re working ferrety hard at the Ferretbunny Production Studios here in California. The studios are humongous and inside there are a lot of bunnies with ferrety tendencies. Quite frankly we never get any work done and we spend most of our time drinking cafe lattes. Anyway, we’re developing a DVD that should make kids want to be good students and get good grades. The DVD will be rolled out in Hayward and then ~pause for suspense~ …..THE WORLD!

Ferretbunny will soon make an appearance on all the TV’s at Longwood Elementary in Hayward, CA! As a community service Ferretbunny and I recorded a short video encouraging kids to earn “Student of the Month” certificates by being good students and helping people.

Ferrets now have a chance to receive the education they’ve never dreamed of. Founded by a wealthy industrialist, like a day ago, the “Ferrety Univerchity” has sky-rocketed to become the most influential and well known place for higher learning (for ferrets) on the planet. Owners can apply via the online-form on Ferretbunny.com and submit their ferret’s picture for inclusion in the Ferrety Yearbook.

The wallpapers have just been added to the “Downloads” page! Each desktop wallpaper was handcrafted, with care, in our ferrety-sweatshop. They’re all free to download and enjoy! They even come in iPhone size!

We’ve had techbunnys working around the ferrety clock on a new header for the website. It’s based off of the free Ferretbunny.com Desktop Wallpaper design. See the original logo that adorned Ferretbunny.com when it first went online in late 2006.

This long awaited feature is finally here. The Ferretbunny.com e-card system has been activated. Guests can now send a 100% free Ferretbunny.com e-card, via email, to their friends and enemies. Go test it out!

Ferretbunny has over 150 ferrety animal friends on myspace. Record breaking!

We’ve been working ferrety hard at Ferretbunny Studios since the Tweenbot video flooded the web. Saturday Tweenbots.com was featured on several websites. We thought we’d make a video about it but that same day Ferretbunny escaped from his cage. So we launched a worldwide search and destroy rescue mission… and some of the footage made it onto Notcot.org

We found him in the last place we looked: New York, where according to him, they were giving out free robots. Apparently he saw “the Ad” for it on Youtube and had to have one so he flew first class via private jet to New York, had a town car pick him up and then jumped out of it onto a bicycle courier’s rucksack, rode that guy to a park, hopped in a lady’s purse, took a siesta, and no sooner than later he was riding to sweet glorious freedom on his own personal stolen cardboard voice controlled robot.
….I didn’t have the heart to tell him it’s not voice controlled.
Anyway at 6am (Sunday) a techbunny posted the video on youtube and by the end of day we had 250 views on it. Then Notcot.org took it up and the view count spiked to 350 views. What will happen tomorrow when the work week begins is anyone’s guess. Hopefully it will become just as popular as the original Tweenbots video.
Here’s a screencap of notcot.
and a screencap of the original tweenbots post on notcot which was a couple of posts below.
